She was born in Jackson, TN the daughter of the Iley Stanfill and the late Joyce Scallons Stanfill. She attended school at South Side High School in Jackson. She was married to Thomas Williams on November 20, 1964. They made their home in Henderson. Mrs. Williams worked with her husband at Williams Delivery Service. She was a member of the Victory Temple Church in Bethel Springs, where she taught Sunday School class for the youth.
She is survived by her husband, Thomas Williams of Henderson; a daughter, Jackie Azevedo (Manuel) of Henderson; a son Dewayne Williams (Patsy) of Henderson; father, Iley Stanfill and step mother, Loraine Stanfill of Henderson; a sister, Theresa Hickey of Jackson; four grandchildren, Blake Climer, Hunter Williams, Austin Williams and Manuel Azevedo, III; three half sisters, Christy Paluck of San Diego, CA, Cynthia Cyonek of Jackson and Renee Stanfill of Henderson; a half brother, Steve Fiedor of Lexington.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Janet Elaine Williams in 1965 and a step brother Gary Stanfill in 2006.
