Shelby Jean Smith

She was born in Collinwood, TN the daughter of the late Jessie and Louise Wright Ayers. She was married to Gene Smith and he died in 1996. She had made her home in Henderson since the 60's. She was employed at I-Appeal Shirt Factory in Henderson for many years. She was a member of the Lane Chapel Church in Finger.



She is survived by four sons Donnie Davis, Bobby Davis, Dennis Davis and Larry Smith all of Henderson; five sisters Nancy Jenkins of Collinwood, Nadine Ayers, Ann Ayers, Judy Burns and Connie Bailey all of Lexington; three brothers Glen Ayers of St. Louis, MO, Billy Ayers of Pinson and Joe Ayers of Henderson; 10 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
