Sergio Omar Arrascaeta, 59, of Jackson, died Wednesday afternoon, June 13, 2007 at his home.
The husband of Mireya Ochoa Arrascaeta, who survives, he was a handyman. Mr. Arrascaeta was born March 2, 1948 in Argentina, son of the late Americo and Nelida Sluman Arrascaeta and made his home in Jackson in 1992. He spent the last year writing a book about religion and was Messianic Jewish in faith.
In addition to his wife, whom he married January 10, 1985, survivors include three daughters, Greta and Loretta Costa and Kayna Arrascaeta; one son, Sergio Andres Arrascaeta of Jackson; a sister, Ana Torres of NJ and one grandchild, Issac Leon.
