Mrs. Daniel passed away Thursday, April 9, 2009 at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital.
The widow of Albert H. Daniel, who died in 1990, she was a homemaker and had formerly worked for the US Census Bureau in Washington. She was born to Charles and Lucy Chapman Vinson, both of whom preceded her in death and lived in Cloverport since 1974. Mrs. Daniel was a member of Cloverport Baptist Church.
Survivors include a granddaughter, Diane Daniel White of Oxford, Miss.; a grandson,Larry Wade Daniel of Arlington, Tenn.; a daughter in law, Gloria Daniel of Bartlett; two sisters, Imogene Roberts and Frances Vinson, both of Toone; and two grandchildren, Lauren Smith and Bradley McCartney. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Charles Auva Daniel; two sisters, Elois Wamble and Charlene Butts and three brothers, Thomas, Wallace and Harry Vinson.
