Sandra Bishop was born August 4, 1958, in Prattville, Alabama, the daughter of Dalton Hunt, who preceded her in death, and Betty Lewis. She was united in marriage to Dale Bishop, who survives.

She was a homemaker and a member of the Southside Baptist Church of Savannah, Tennessee.

Mrs. Bishop departed this life on August 29, 2013, at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee, at the age of 55 years and 25 days.

In addition to her husband, Dale Bishop of Savannah, Tennessee, and mother, Betty Lewis of Savannah, Tennessee, she is survived by three grandchildren, Mark Anthony Rodriquez, Ashlyn Cody Langford, and Autumn Lee Sky Currington; two brothers, Dalton Wade Hunt of Rolling Prarie, Indiana and Scott Riley Hunt of New Hebron, Mississippi; two sisters, Sherry Renea Fuller of Savannah, Tennessee and Lisa Hunt Pope of Decatur, Alabama.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Shannon Lee Bishop and a brother, Mark Anthony Hunt.
