Samuel Larnce Tigner

Mr. Tigner passed away Tuesday night, April 6, 2010, at Bolivar General Hospital.
The husband of Mary Frances Huckabee Tigner, who survives, he retired from production work at Bolivar Tannery. Mr. Tigner was born October 15, 1915 to the late William Thomas Tigner and Sara Elizabeth King Tigner and lived all of his life in Hornsby. He was a member of Hornsby Baptist Church.
In addition to his wife, whom he married February 12, 1944, he is survived by a daughter, Janette Tigner of Hornsby; two sons, Billy Tigner of Hornsby and Gilbert Tigner of Elizabethton; two grandchildren, Andrew and Aaron Tigner; and three great grandchildren, Kayla Hope Tigner, Lily Faith Tigner, and Madison Paige Tigner.
