Sammie Charles Patterson

Services for Sammie Charles Patterson, age 55, of Lutts, TN will be Sunday, January 28, 2007 at 1:30 pm at Shackelford Funeral Home Chapel in Collinwood, TN with Greg Eaton and Earl Rich officiating. Burial will be in White’s Creek Cemetery in Hardin County, TN with Shackelford Funeral Directors of Wayne County in charge of the arrangements. Visitation will be Saturday, Jan 27, 2007 from 5 pm to 9 pm and Sunday, Jan 28, 2007 from 10 am until service time at the funeral home. He died at his residence on Thursday, January 25, 2007 after an extended illness.



A native of Lutts, TN, Mr. Patterson had worked at Angelica Corporation in Collinwood. He was a son of the late Luther Elmer and Zella Ayers Patterson and a brother of the late Cecil, Eldred, Lee Roy, and Jerry Neal Patterson and Velma Maddalozzo and the husband of the late Lou Dean Stricklin Patterson.
