Sallie Marie Hosea
was born in Hardin County, Tennessee on October 2, 1922 the daughter of the late Walter and Lillian Haggard Morrow.
On April 22, 1944 she was united in marriage to Edgar Luther Hosea, who preceded her in death on January 18, 2001.
Mrs. Hosea was a homemaker and a member of Olivet Cumberland Presbyterian Church.
She departed this life on November 4, 2006 at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital in Jackson, Tennessee at the age of 84 years, 1 month and 2 days.
Mrs. Hosea is survived by 2 sons: Terry Wayne Hosea of Savannah, Tennessee and Tommie Lynn Hosea of Jackson, Tennessee; 4 grandchildren: Phillip Hosea, Tanya Harris, Brad Hosea and Terra McLemore; 8 great-grandchildren; and 2 sisters:
Pauline Harville and Aileen Kelly, both of Savannah, Tennessee.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a brother, Homer Morrow.
