Sadie Mae Dickey Franks

Sadie Mae Dickey Franks was born January 15, 1929 in Selmer, TN, the daughter of the late Phillip McNeal and Francis Cordelia Littlejohn Dickey. She was a member of the Pleasant Site Baptist Church in Selmer, Tennessee. Mrs. Franks departed this life on June 12, 2016 in Adamsville, Tennessee at the age of 87 Years, 4 Months, 28 Days.

She is survived by a daughter, Linda Franks-Sharp and husband Tommy; a son, Larry Arthur Franks of Adamsville, TN; six grandchildren: Cody Franks, Stephen Sharp, Shaina Franks Allen, Bailee Franks, Danny Franks Jr. and Rebecca Mae Franks; 3 Great Grandchildren; two sisters, Doris Dickey Michaels and husband Alton of Jackson, TN, Maxine Dickey English of Jackson, TN; and numerious nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Franks was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur Harold Franks who passed away on April 6, 1997; a son, Danny Franks Sr.; two sisters, Eva Lou Dickey Wolfe, Miriam Dickey; four brothers: Wilburn Dickey, Wilford Dickey, Brose Dickey and Henry Lawson Dickey.
