S. H. Depoyster

S. H. (Shad) Depoyster Mr. S. H. (Shad) Depoyster, age 84 departed this life after an extended illness on May 24, 2006 at E.C.M. Hospital. He was a native of Selmer, Tennessee having graduated from Ramer High School. He also served in the Navy. He was preceded in death by his parents, Eula and John Thomas Depoyster, his wife Armina Kirk Depoyster, one young son John Stanley, sister Grace Depoyster and brother Dewey Depoyster.He has lived in Florence a number of years and was retired from Tennessee Gas Pipe Line. After retirement he owned a Saw Sharpening Business. Mr. Depoyster was a member of the Church of Christ, having served as an Elder. He is survived by his loving and devoted wife, Mary who cared for him during his illness, one daughter, Sherry Yates (Johnny) of Franklin, Tennessee; one son, Roger Depoyster (Frances) of Florence; 3 grandchildren, Wendy Condrey (Jeff), Rusty Depoyster (Samantha) all of Florence and Kelly Yates of Franklin; 5 great grandchildren, Jordan, Jacealyn and Katie Depoyster, and Emily and Clay Condrey all of Florence.Mr. Depoyster leaves to cherish his memory his extended family and many friends. He will be missed by all who knew him.
