Ruby Faye Thacker

Ruby Faye Thacker was born July 17, 1946 in McNairy County, TN, the daughter of the late Ed and Maggie Cummings Davis.
She was united in marriage to Eugene Thacker on September 1, 1981. She was a member of Childers Hill Pentecostal Church in Counce, TN. In her early years, Ruby worked in a Factory and was a homemaker in her latter years.
Mrs. Thacker departed this life on April 21, 2016 in Jackson, Tennessee at the age of 69 Years, 9 Months, 4 Days.
She is survived by her husband, Eugene Thacker of Shiloh, TN; a brother, Jackie Davis of Crump, TN; two sisters, Peggy Sue Moss and husband Bobby of Stantonville, TN, Edna Mae Elliott of Selmer, TN; longtime friend and loving caregiver, Jamie Walton; and a host of nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Mrs Thacker was preceded in death by two brothers, Ray and Ernest Davis; sister, JoAnn Bevins; and a sister-in-law, Linda Davis.
