Ruby Michael

Ruby Dillon Michael was born February 18, 1924 in McNairy County, Tennessee the daughter of the late James Alexander and Callie Gay Dillon. She was united in marriage to W. E. (Mike) Michael, who preceded her in death on January 1, 1995.Mrs. Michael was a retired Bookkeeper for the City of Selmer Utility Department, and was a member of the Selmer First Baptist Church. Mrs. Michael departed this life on January 20, 2007 in The Woodlands, Texas at the age of 82 Years, 11 Months, 2 Days. She is survived by a daughter, Sandra M. Robertson of King Wood, Texas; three sisters: Bertha Brown and husband Earl of Selmer, Tennessee, Dorothy Taylor of Selmer, Tennessee and Madge Beck and husband Bill of Collierville, Tennessee; two granddaughters: Donna Temple and husband Johnny and Brenda McClelland; four great-grandchildren: Crystal Temple, Ryan Temple, Justin Temple and Madison Temple; and numerous nieces and nephews.In addition to her parents and husband, Mrs. Michael was also preceded in death by a son, Ronald Michael; four brothers: Willie Dillon, Theodore Dillon, Otto Dillon and Arnold Dillon; and a sister, Verble Jones.
