Ruby Ellen Lynn Lynch of Waynesboro, TN departed this life on May 13, 2008 at St. Thomas Hospital in Nashville, Tennessee at the age of 81 Years, 13 Days.She was born April 30, 1927 in Wayne Co., Tennessee, the daughter of the late Clarence Lynn and Mettie Long Lynn.She was united in marriage to Clyde Alton Lynch on September 24, 1946. Mr. Lynch preceded her in death on April 2, 2001.In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. Lynch was preceded in death by a brother, Mr. James Lynn.Mrs. Lynch was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith.She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Brenda (Lynch) Skimehorne and husband, Dennis of Waynesboro, TN; a son, Mr. Charles A. Lynch of Waynesboro, TN; 2 Grandchildren, Tonya Skimehorne and Paul Lynch.Services will be held on May 15, 2008 at 1:00 PM at Shackelford Funeral Home, Waynesboro, TN with Bro. Carroll Littrell officiating. Burial will follow in the Walnut Grove Cemetery at Waynesboro, Tennessee with Shackelford Funeral Directors of Wayne County directing.Visitation will be Wednesday, May 14, 2008 from 5:30 pm to 8 pm and Thursday, May 15, 2008 from 8 am until service time at the funeral home.
