Ruby Mae Baker, 64, of Adamsville, passed away Tuesday, May 11, 2010 at her home.
Mrs. Baker was born June 15, 1945 in Hardeman County to the late Roy Oneal Baker and Dessie Evelyn Grantham Baker and lived most of her life here. She was a factory worker for Troxel Manufacturing Company and a member of Mount Sharon Presbyterian Church.
She is survived by two daughters, Laura Evelyn McBride and husband, Terry of Bolivar and Donna Rebecca McArthur of Middleton; a son, Rickey Lee Young and wife, Cindy of Adamsville; two sisters, Cathy Stack of Saltillo and Mary Foster of Ramer; three brothers, Tommy Baker of Bolivar, Mack Baker of Selmer, Jimmy Baker of Middleton; a half-sister, Rose Howell of Bolivar; ten grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; and seven nieces and seven nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Sherry Elizabeth Young; a grandson, Matthew Dewayne Young; and two brothers, J.W. Baker and Roy Jr. Baker.
