Roy Keymon
was born in Wayne County, Tennessee on February 7, 1931 the son of the late Martin and Clarie Belle Kiddy Keymon.
Mr. Keymon was united in marriage to the former Barbara Jane Alley, who survives.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and retired from his jobs as a barber and as a cab company dispatcher. Mr. Keymon was a member of the Riverside United Methodist Church.
He departed this life on August 31, 2006 at the Veterans Administrative Hospital in Nashville, Tennessee at the age of 75 years, 6 months and 24 days.
Mr. Keymon is survived by his wife, Jane Keymon of Clifton, Tennessee;
3 sons: Steven Keymon of Ashland City, Tennessee, Marty Keymon of Columbia, Tennessee and Jamie Keymon of Clifton, Tennessee;
4 grandchildren: Brandy Keymon, Amber Swaffer, Tiffany Keymon
and Marty Keymon, Jr.; one great-grandchild, Alayna Prater;
and one brother, Holland Keymon of Clifton, Tennessee.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Roy Dale Keymon; one brother, J.B. Keymon and one sister, Ruth Pike.
