Roy Leverne Dicus

Roy Leverne Dicus was born April 7, 1945 in Flatwoods, Tennessee, the son of Goldie Pulley Kelley and the late Eldred Dicus. He was united in marriage to Janice Marie Huckaba on March 23, 2007.



Mr. Dicus was a truck driver .



Mr. Dicus departed this life on Thursday, March 5, 2009 at Maury Regional Hospital in Columbia, Tennessee at the age of 63 Years, 10 Months, 26 Days.



Services will be held on Sunday, March 8, 2009 at 1:00 PM at Shackelford Funeral Directors Chapel in Waynesboro, Tennessee, with Larry Janes officiating. Burial will follow in the Memorial Gardens at Waynesboro, Tennessee with Shackelford Funeral Directors of Wayne County directing.



Visitation will be Saturday, March 7, 2009 from 5 pm to 9 pm and Sunday, March 8, 2009 from 10 am until service time at the funeral home.



He is survived by his wife, Janice Marie Huckaba Dicus of Waynesboro, TN; daughter, Vanessa Dicus of Hohenwald, TN; step daughters, Alisha Creecy and husband, Matthew of Clifton, TN, Charita Glasco and husband, Chris of Santa Fe, TN, Cassie Webster of Waynesboro, TN; son, Steve Dicus and wife, Annamarie of Hohenwald, TN; stepson, Nathan Brown of Waynesboro, TN; mother, Goldie Kelley, Waynesboro, TN; brothers, Loyd Dicus and wife, Barbara of Hohenwald, TN, Arthur Dicus and wife, Cathy of Collinwood, TN, Anthony Dicus and wife, Terry of Verona, KY; twelve grandchildren; one great-grandchild; nieces and nephews.
