Roy Copeland

Funeral services for Roy Copeland, age 95, of Stockbridge, Michigan formerly of Waynesboro will be Three p.m. Sunday, December 3, 2006 at Shackelford Chapel in Waynesboro with Larry Janes officiating. Interment following in Copeland Family Cemetery with Shackelford Funeral Directors in charge of arrangements.



Mr. Copeland was born in Wayne County, TN to the late William Wright Copeland and Mammie McClearen Copeland. He died Thursday, November 30, 2006 at Chelsea Community Hospital in Chelsea, Michigan. He was preceded in death by his wife, Rena Mae Burleson Copeland, and sons Roy William Copeland and Bobby Wayne Copeland. He was retired from General Motors.



He is survived by sons, Michael G. Copeland of Stockbridge, Michigan and Jim Copeland of Westland, Michigan; daughters, Jean Weaks of Byron, Michigan and Helen White of Fowlerville, Michigan.



16 grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren, and 10 great-great grandchildren
