Rose Marion Morris

Rose Marion Morris, age 72 of Middleton, Tennessee, passed away Saturday, June 18, 2016 at Bolivar General Hospital. Interment took place Sunday, June 19, 2016 in Walnut Grove Cemetery in Bolivar with Jamie Hodoe officiating.
Ms. Morris was born Friday, October 29, 1943 in Bolivar to the late Pete & Gladys Morris. She lived all of her life in Hardeman County and worked as an OTR Driver for M&M Trucking, East & West, Shipper's Choice, and M.S. Carriers truck lines. She enjoyed many things in life, and especially loved dogs.
Survivors include her daughter, Deneathia Morrison and husband Edward of Pocahontas; son, Dana Moody and wife Shirley of Medon; grandchildren, Rodney Dajuan Moody, Dajuanna Moody, Deanna Fitzgerald and Stacy Moody, and several great-grandchildren; and a niece and nephew, Tina and Tony Miles, and several great-nieces & nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Billy Duane Herod; sister, Betty Jo Miles; and grandson, Billy Herod.
