Ronnie Cox, 62, of Bolivar, died Tuesday evening, January 16, 2006 at the West Tennessee Transitional Care Center in Jackson.
A life-long resident of Bolivar and Hardeman County, he was the son of Coy Monroe Cox and Lela Mae Adams Cox. He was a 1962 graduate of Bolivar Central High School and attended the Bolivar 1st United Methodist Church. Mr. Cox was employed at Wheeler Radio and TV Service for over 40 years until his retirement.
His survivors are a daughter, Audra Summer Fish of Middleton; a son, Clark Nixon of Middleton; three sisters, Patsy Wheeler and Mary Vaughan, both of Bolivar and Dorothy Robley of Mobile, AL; four grandchildren, Whitney and Matthew Nixon, Shelby Pace and Samuel Fish. He was preceded in death by his brother, Ricky Cox.
