Rolland Eugene Price

He was born in Dayton, Ohio, the son of the late Joseph and Virginia Phillips Price. He joined the U.S. Navy at the age of 17 and served 22 years and was honorably discharged at age 39. He served three tours around the world. He served in Korea and Vietnam and had received a 3 Bronze Stars. He was stationed in Millington when he retired. He was married to Martha Pierce in 1986. They made their home in Chester County. After retiring from the Navy he did maintenance work at apartment complexes across the states. They had lived in the Akron area for the past year and a half.

He is survived by his wife Martha Pierce Price of Strow, OH; five sons Art Price of Jacksonville, FL, Joseph Price (Julie) of Methuen, MA, Mike Price (Jessica) of Boston, MA, John Price of Orlando, FL, Darrell McCoy (Stephanie) of Asheboro, MA; two daughters Theresa Holmes (Charlie) of Boston MA and Brandy McCoy of Naples, FL; twelve grandchildren; two brothers Joseph Price (Judy) of Longwood, FL and Jim Price (Sandy) of Midway, OH.
