Roger Vickers

Mr. Roger Vickers, age 54 of Drummonds, TN, passed from this life Sunday afternoon, June 7, 2009 at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Memphis.He was born July 23, 1954 in Jackson, TN to Sue Sisco Vickers of Drummonds, TN and the late Homer Vickers. He served his country in the United States Army and worked as an autobody mechanic. He was a member of Dixie Hills Baptist Church and lived in Memphis for 30 years. In addition to his mother, he leaves as survivors a daughter, Tammie Marie Perkins of Memphis; two grandchildren, Donivin Perkins and Bailey Perkins; a sister, Sherry Yarbrough of Mountain Home, Arkansas; and a brother, David Vickers of Deltona, Florida.
