Roberta Yarbrowas born in Savannah, Tennessee on June 21, 1946 the daughter of the late Harry Lee Armstrong and Annie Vivian Higgins Dixon.Roberta had worked for Brown Shoe Company. She loved working in her yard and would settle for nothing less than an exceptionally clean house. Roberta is known in the community for speaking her mind, you always knew where you stood with "Bert". She was a member of the St. John Missionary Baptist Church.Roberta departed this life on October 23, 2010 at the age of 64 years, 4 months, 2 days.Roberta is survived by a daughter, Lolissa Griffin of Cordova, Tennessee; 3 sons, James Wallace of San Diego, California, Benard Wallace and Anthony Wallace both of Savannah, Tennessee; 3 sisters, Hattie, Inez, Georgia Dixon all of Savannah, Tennessee; 2 brothers, Robert Lee Dixon and Henry Sank Casey both of Savannah, Tennessee; 13 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by 2 brothers, James Howard and R.D. Dixon; 2 sisters, Annie Laura Dillihunt and Maudie Faye Moore; a granddaughter, Lateisha Faith Weatherspoon.
