Robert Hayes Williams

Robert Hayes Williams was born December 21, 1928 in Adamsville, Tennessee the son of the late Bernard A. and Neva B. Scott Williams. He was united in marriage to Ida Loraine Huggins Williams who preceded him in death on November 6, 1984.Mr. Williams was a farmer, He was a memmber of the Olive Hill Baptist Church. He served honorably in the United Stated Marine Corps during the Korean Conflict.He departed this life on August 20, 2007 in Memphis, Tennessee at the age of 78 Years, 7 Months, 30 Days. Mr. Williams is survived by a daughter, Barbara Johnson and husband James of McKenzie, Tennessee; a son, Wayne Carroll and wife Virginia of Brighton, Tennessee; a sister, Millie Scott of Memphis, Tennessee; and a brother, James Neal Williams and wife Margaret of Memphis, Tennessee; 5 Grandchildren and 14 Great Grandchildren.In addition to her parents and his wife, Mr. Williams was preceded in death by a son, Leslie Carroll.
