Robert Lee Tilley, Jr.

Funeral services for Robert Lee Tilley, Jr., age 72 of Ohio St., Collinwood, TN will be 3:00 pm Saturday, April 12, 2008 at Shackelford Chapel in Collinwood with Gerald Duncan officiating. Interment will follow in Lutts Cemetery with Shackelford Funeral Directors in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Tilley, a native of Hardin County, died Thursday, April 10, 2008 at Wayne Medical Center in Waynesboro. He was a son of the late Robert Lee Tilley, Sr. and Charity Lola Franks Tilley. He was preceded in death by grandchildren, Christina Tilley and Chris Lowery; brother, Leamon Tilley; and sisters, Martha Shults and Betty Sue Wright. He was retired from Hassell and Hughes Lumber Company and of the Holiness faith. He was a loving husband and father.
He is survived by his wife, Alphie Henson Tilley of Collinwood, TN; sons, Raymond Harold Tilley of Booneville, MS and Roger Dale Tilley of Collinwood, TN; daughters, Robbie Lavonne Lowery and Bobbie Sharon Smith both of Collinwood, TN; 13 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren; brothers, Harris and Thomas Tilley both of Collinwood, TN, and Jimmy Tilley of Lawrenceburg, TN; half-brother, McCassley Tilley of Savannah, TN; a sister, Mattie Middleton of Savannah, TN; half-sister, Jessie Reeves of Collinwood, TN; several nieces and nephews.
