Robert H. Rainey departed this life on Friday, August 22, 2014, at the age of 73 years, 7 months, 26 days.
He was born in Hardin County, Tennessee on December 27, 1940, the son of the late James Warner and Ellie Lucille Harville Rainey. Robert was self-employed as a logger. He enjoyed riding horses and wagon riding.
Robert is survived by his children, James Robert (Bobby) Rainey, Rhonda Sue McDonald, Harold Lee Rainey all of Savannah, Tennessee, and Darrin Lynn Rainey of Saltillo, Tennessee; grandchildren, Joseph Brent McDonald, Brittany Nicole Kennedy, Jeremy Lee Rainey, Kimberly Renee Rainey, Bethany LeAnna Rainey, and Briar Tate Rainey; step grandchild, Francis Michelle Brewer; great grandchildren, Dayna Michelle Patterson, Laura Beth Manness, and Rylee Jo Brewer; great-great grandchild, Bradon Tuff Dindy; special friends, Judy Rainey and Larry Joe Rainey both of Savannah, Tennessee.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sisters, Evelyn Faye Hopper and Betty Lou Patterson.
