Robert Lee Williams

Robert Lee Williams was born January 16, 1948 in Finger, TN, the son of Bessie Smith Williams and the late Warren Williams. 

Robert was united in marriage to Wanda Faye Smith on April 20, 1978. He was a member of the Finger Church of Christ. He had worked for Brown Shoe Company, Kolpak, DRI, and Monogram before retiring. 

In his leisure time, Robert enjoyed hunting and fishing. He had a keen eye for history and appreciation for treasures of the past, which led him to enjoy coin collecting and antiquing. Beyond his passions, he held a profound love for his family and his loyal pet companion, "Brownie".

Though Robert may no longer walk among us, his legacy of love, kindness, and cherished moments will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew him. He will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered.

Mr. Williams departed this life on October 22, 2024 in Bethel Springs, Tennessee at the age of 76 Years, 9 Months, 6 Days.

He is survived by his wife, Wanda Williams of Bethel Springs, TN; mother, Bessie Williams of Adamsville, TN; two sons, Billy Joe Williams and wife Angelia, Bobby Lee Williams and wife Jennifer all of Bethel Springs, TN; three grandchildren: Joseph Williams, Sarah Bryant, Nick Williams; two sisters, Linda Reaves and husband Cliff of Crump, TN, Shirley Welty and husband David of Adamsville, TN; and numerous step grandchildren, step great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

In addition to his father, Mr. Williams was preceded in death by a step daughter, Wanda Gean Bryant; two sisters, Penny Walker and Barbara Williams.
