Mr. Johnston died Thursday, April 18, 2013, in Milan, Tennessee.
A life-long resident of Middleton, he was the son of the late Jerry Leo and Katherine Valeria Kennamore Johnston. As a young man, he attended the Middleton First United Methodist Church, where he was a member. He worked in the concrete construction indusry and was an avid movie buff.
He leaves a sister, Mona Brady, of Middleton; and a brother, Anthony Johnston, of Bolivar; a niece, Sara Brady and a nephew, Benjamin Brady, both of Middleton.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Richard Johnston.
