Robert Eugene Cooper, 64, of Bolivar, died Wednesday, March 8, 2006 at Bolivar General Hospital.
He retired from the University of Memphis security department in 1995. Mr. Cooper was born November 27, 1941 in Shelby County, son of the late Thomas Watson Cooper and Ruth Ann Hornback Cooper and had lived in Shelby County until 1990 and Fayette County until 1998 when he made his home in Bolivar. He was a pilot who loved to fly and was a 32nd Degree Scottish Rite.
He is survived by nephew, James Philhart and his wife, Debbie of Middleton.
