Robert G. Brewer

Robert Glen (Big Jeff) Brewer was born in Hardin County, Tennessee on November 1, 1957, the son Mary Gayle Brewer Mathis.He had been a deckhand with American Commercial Bargeline and a truck driver. He was a veteran of the US Army and liked to collect eagles. He loved his family, especially his grandchildren.Robert departed this life on Wednesday, February 6, 2013, at the age of 55 years, 3 months, 5 days.In addition to his mother, he is survived by his sons, Jeffrey Brewer of Pensacola, Florida and Justin Brewer of Savannah, Tennessee; grandchildren, Julius, Caden, and Kailey Brewer; sisters, Georgia Middleton of Savannah, Tennessee and Teresa Pickens of Shiloh, Tennessee; brothers, Junior Mathis of Lexington, Tennessee, James Mathis and Joe Mathis both of Savannah, Tennessee.
