Services for Robert Clayton Bradley, Sr., age 85, will be Wednesday, July 15, 2009 at 10:00 AM at Shackelford Funeral Chapel in Waynesboro with officiating. Burial with military rites will follow in the Canaan-Fishtrap Cemetery with Shackelford Funeral Directors in charge of arrangements.Mr. Bradley was born June 28, 1923 in Sumner County, Tennessee the son of the late Andrew Jackson and Ona Dallas Wilkerson Bradley. Mr. Bradley died Sunday, July 12, 2009 at his home. In addition to his parents, Mr. Bradley was preceded in death by a son, Cleveland Randolph Bradley. Mr. Bradley, a World War II veteran, served in the U.S. Army and was a farmer and construction worker.He is survived by his wife Iva Parks Bradley of Lawrenceburg, TN; two daughters, Onie Allison of Sumner County, TN and Katy Bradley of Lawrenceburg, TN; three sons, Robert Clayton Bradley, Jr. of Antioch, TN, Albert Jackson Bradley of Lawrenceburg, TN, and Ira Joe Bradley of Hohenwald, TN; 7 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, 3 step grandchildren, and 3 step great grandchildren.
