Residence - Savannah, TNROBBIE LILLIAN HURST BLOUNTwas born in Savannah, Tennessee on April 8, 1914 the daughter of the late Robert and Ora Linam Hurst.On December 24, 1934 she was united in marriage to Clarence Blount, who preceded his wife in death on October 16, 1975.Mrs. Blount was a homemaker. She was a member of the First Cumberland Presbyterian Church.Mrs. Blount departed this life on August 26, 2007 at Savannah Healthcare in Savannah, Tennessee at the age of 93 years, 4 months and 18 days.She is survived by 3 sons, Terry Blount of Franklin, Tennessee, Nicky Blount of Stuart, Florida and Bobby Blount of Gadsden, Alabama.6 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildrenone sister, Mary Kathryne Winn of Memphis, Tennessee.Mrs. Blount was also preceded in death by 2 sons, Joe Frank and Ronnie Blount, 6 sisters, Grace Jones, Margaret Sutton, Lucile Johnson, Gertie Morrow, Bertie Smith and Virginia Covey, 3 brothers, Will, Herbert, and Ray Hurst. Services were held Wed. 8-29-07 at 1PM at First Cumberland Presbyterian Church with Andy McClung and Don Coleman officiating. Burial in Mt. Hermon Cemetery.
