was born in Hardin County, Tennessee on August 2, 1961 the son of the late Charles D. and Faye Marie Caskkar Garrard.
Mr. Garrard had worked as a pallet-hauler and was a member of the Mountain View Church of Christ.
He departed this life on December 3, 2006 at Hardin Medical Center in Savannah, Tennessee at the age of 45 years, 4 months and 1 day.
Mr. Garrard is survived by a son, Steven Ray Highland of Indiana;
4 brothers: Charlie Garrard, Jerry D. Garrard, Mark Garrard and Johnny Garrard, all of Savannah, Tennessee and 4 sisters: Trudy Garrard of Hearne, Texas, Teresa Borden, Paulette Harris and Lisa Worley, all of Savannah, Tennessee.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Robin Garrard.
