Ricky Cossar, 40, of Hornsby, died Saturday, December 24, 2005 at Bolivar General Hospital.
A carpenter and locksmith, he was born July 27, 1965 in Bolivar, son of the late Radford and Mildred Hurst Cossar and lived here all of his life. Mr. Cossar loved to fish, hunt and refinish furniture and was Baptist in belief.
Services are 1 PM Wednesday, December 28, 2005 at Shackelford Funeral Directors Bolivar chapel with Ray Lovelady officiating. Burial is in West Memorial Cemetery near Saulsbury.
Survivors include one daughter, Valerie Cossar of Bolivar; one grandchild, Emily Maxwell; three sisters and their husbands, Patsy and James Bell of Middleton; Ivy and Bob Williamson of Bolivar, Vicky and Richard Tucker of Middleton; one brother and his wife, Kenneth and Connie Cossar of Selmer; his step-mother, Pauline Cossar of Saulsbury; three nieces; three nephews; three great nieces and two great nephews. He was preceded in death by one brother, George Cossar.
