RICHARD (RICKY) SURGENERwas born in Covington, Kentucky on November 28, 1980 the son of Richard Neal Tipton and Lola Mae Surgener.He was a former employee of B and B Riverboat as a lead man. Richard loved the outdoors and enjoyed life to the fullest. He touched so many lives in so many ways.Richard departed this life on January 11, 2009 in Jackson, Tennessee at the age of 28 years, 1 month and 14 days.He is survived by one daugher, Autumn Jade Surgener of Savannah, Tennesseehis mother, Lola Mae Surgener of Savannah, Tennesseehis father, Richard Neal Tipton of Cleveland, Ohioone brother, Jeremy Scott Surgener of Savannah, Tennesseehis uncle, Harold Wayne Surgener of Corbin, Kentuckyand he leaves numerous friends and familyRichard was preceded in death by his grandparents, Freda Mae Young, Robert Frank Surgener and Mr. and Mrs. William Tipton.
