was born in Camp Pendleton, California on October 16, 1968 the son of the late Donald Wayne and Mary Ruth Weaver Randolph.
On March 20, 2022 he was united in marriage to Susan Maire Start, who survives.
Rex worked as a roofer. He was a member of Morris Chapel Baptist Church. Rex was a loving husband and a good dad. He cared about his children and step-children and was a loving papa to his grandchildren. Rex was a hard working man and was a good friend. He loved his wife.
Rex departed this life on April 15, 2022 at his residence in Morris Chapel, Tennessee at the age of 53 years, 5 months and 30 days.
He is survived by his wife, Susan Randolph of Morris Chapel, Tennessee; children, Brandon Randolph, Wayen Allen Randolph, and Desirae Randolph, all of East Tennessee; step-children, Robert E.(Bo) Start of Savannah, Tennessee, Steven A. Start of Savannah, Tennessee, and Joseph E. (Jesse) Start of Morris Chapel, Tennessee; grandchildren, Bailey Start and Hermyonnee Start; and sister, Tonia (Bromer) Jared.
In addition to his parents, Rex was preceded in death by one daughter, Cassandra Randolph.
