Rebon Robinson was born September 13, 1920 in McNairy County, Tennessee the son of the late William Du and Pauline Haynes Robinson.He was united in marriage to Frances (Moore) Robinson of Selmer, Tennessee.Mr. Robinson was a retired livestock farmer and was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Selmer, Tennessee. He was a World War II Army Veteran and member of the American Legion. Mr. Robinson was a former Chairman of McNairy County Election commission and had also worked as an appraiser for the State of Tennessee.He departed this life on November 4, 2007 in Selmer, Tennessee at the age of 87 Years, 1 Month, 22 Days. Mr. Robinson is survived by his wife Frances Robinson of Selmer; two sisters, Pansy Cowsert of Jackson, Tennessee and Lou Moore of Memphis, Tennessee; three nieces, Pam Jones of Jackson, Tennessee, Cheryl Grimes of Cordova, Tennessee, and Gail Pickle of Middleton, Tennessee; and a nephew, John Robinson Moore of Olive Branch, Mississippi.
