Rebecca was united in marriage to Alan Williams on April 22, 1983. She was a member of the Forty Forks Baptist Church in Bethel Springs, TN. Rebecca's grandchildren were her world. She enjoyed every minute with them and her family.
She is survived by her husband, Alan Williams of Selmer, TN; a son, Joseph Lloyd Williams and wife Carrie of Selmer, TN; a daughter, Jessica Edmonds of Sommerville, TN; parents, Lloyd and Brenda Chapman Watkins of Selmer, TN; two brothers, Gerald Elam and wife Mary of Adamsville, TN, Andy Watkins and wife Becca of Adamsville, TN; six grandchildren: Emma, Glen, Amellie, and Bryson Williams, WesLee and Colton Edmonds; and a host of nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by two sisters, Wanda Jarrett and Sandra Brasher; a brother, Steven Elam.
