Mrs. Warf passed away Friday morning, December 10 at Pine Meadows Healthcare Center in Bolivar.
The widow of Ernest William Warf, who died on March 25, 1982, she was retired as a production worker at Harman Automotive and also was a farmer and homemaker. She was born September 18, 1917, in Fayette County, daughter of the late John and Georgia Belle Rose Logan and lived all of her adult life in Bolivar. Mrs. Warf was a member of Whiteville First Baptist Church.
Survivors include four grandchildren, Tommy Martin of Memphis, Kathy Martin of Bolivar, Paula Martin of Memphis and Reba Weaver of Hornsby; a sister, Beulah Phillips of Bolivar; a stepson, James Warf of Olive Branch, Miss.; two great grandchildren, Paige Sain of Middleton and Justin Weaver of Oakland; four step grandchildren, James 'Butch' Warf of Memphis, Nancy Ghassemi of Germantown,Glenda Doyle of Whiteville and Lee Kinney of Ohio; and numerous step great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter and son in law, Shirley and Prewitt Martin, a stepdaughter, Sadie Kinney and a step grandson, Ted Warf.
