Reba Jane Rich Pigg Holt

Mrs. Reba Jane Rich Pigg Holt of Collinwood, TN departed this life on Friday, December 20, 2019 at Waynesboro Health and Rehabilitation Center in Waynesboro, Tennessee at the age of 81 Years, 6 Months, 7 Days. She was born June 13, 1938 in Cypress Inn, TN, the daughter of the late Lewis Franklin and Virgie Bell Pigg Rich.

She married John H. Pigg in June of 1956 and he departed her in death, September 12, 1973 and she married Curtis D. Holt, June, 30,1990.

Mrs. Holt was a retired supervisor from Angelica Manufacturing Company.

She is survived by her husband, Curtis D. Holt of Collinwood, TN; daughter, Shelia Smith, husband, Smitty of Collinwood, TN; grandchildren, Brian Smith, wife, Ryan and Michelle Pigg, fiance, Brent Holt, step-grandchildren, Brittany and Tyler Presson; great-grandchildren; Carter and Corbin Smith and Griffin and Brilea Pigg; step-great-grandchild, Atlas Tatum; a brother, Russell Rich of Waynesboro, TN; special nieces and nephew, Patti Robertson and Celia McKolay and Jamie Pigg, several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents and husband, Mrs. Holt was preceded in death by sisters, Gertie Arnett, Viva Garrett, Beulah Bourland, Elsie Brown, Edith Hollander and an infant sister and brothers, Carmel, Erby, Fred, James and Robert Rich.

Services will be held on Sunday, December 22, 2019 at 3:00 PM at Shackelford Funeral Home chapel in Collinwood, Tennessee, with John E. Banks and Greg Eaton officiating. Burial will follow in Memorial Gardens, Collinwood, Tennessee with Shackelford Funeral Directors in charge of the arrangements. Visitation will be Sunday, December 22, 2019 from 11 am to service time at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be Carter Smith, Corbin Smith, Brian Smith, Griffin Pigg, Brent Holt and Peyton Pigg.

The family requests in lieu of flowers that memorial donations be given to the Butterfly Foundation.
