Reatha Moore Tillman Smith was born July 27, 1921 in Hardin County, Tennessee the daughter of the late Lucien and Myrtle Droke Moore.
She was united in marriage to Jonah Tillman who preceded her in death on July 28, 1964. On June 10, 1967, she was united in marriage to John Olus Smith who preceded her in death on July 18, 1989.
Mrs. Smith was a homemaker and a seamstress. She was a member of the Stantonville Church Of Christ. She was also a member of the Stantonville Home Extension Club where she received an award for her volunteer hours as well as a member of the Quilting Club.
She departed this life on December 21, 2006 in Jackson, Tennessee at the age of 85 Years, 4 Months, 24 Days. Mrs. Smith is survived by two daughters, Nancy Sweatt and husband Rob of Topeka, Kansas, Judy Wiechman and husband Dale of Washington, Illinois, two sons, Larry Tillman and wife Marie of Clarksville, Tennessee, Wayne Smith and wife Carolyn of Akron, Ohio, a daughter-in-law, Jean Smith Tillman of Stantonville, Tennessee; four sisters, Ora Lee Todd of Adamsville, Tennessee, Lathel Taylor of Colorado, Wilma Holden of Oliver Springs, Tennessee, Faye Crutchfield of Murfreesboro, Tennessee; two brothers, Bob Moore of Portland, Tennessee, Virgil (Jack) Moore of Adamsville, Tennessee; 15 Grandchildren and 16 Great Grandchildren.
Mrs. Smith was also preceded in death by a son, Bobby Gene Tillman on August 20, 2006 .
