RAYMOND BEARD
Finger, TN: Raymond Beard age 71 passed away July 20, 2018 at Jackson Madison County General Hospital.
He was born January 23, 1947 at Purdy in McNairy County, the son of the late Carl and Sula Smith Beard. He worked at the Cotton Gin at Woodville and at various saw mills in the area. He made his home with his nephew Jimmy Ray Stout at Mt. Carmel.
Mr. Beard is survived by a sister, Mary Sue Stout of Henderson; nieces and nephews, Jimmy Ray Stout, Lettie Fussell, Frank Stout, Betty Baggett, Ronnie Stout, Kay Ayers and Teresa Ley.
He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Johnny Beard and Tommy Beard.
Funeral services will be Sunday, July 22 at Shackelford Funeral Directors – Crook Avenue with Don Lipford officiating. Burial will follow in Bethesda Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at Crook Avenue 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM Sunday.
