Ralph L. Dunaway was born September 17, 1934 in McNairy County, Tennessee the son of the late L.T. and Amy Scott Dunaway.
He was united in marriage to the late Joyce Yvonne Whitaker Dunaway.
Mr. Dunaway was of the Baptist belief, served his country in Army, and he was a retired grator operator from the McNairy County Highway Department.
Mr. Dunaway departed this life on September 5, 2006 in Jackson, Tennessee at the age of 71 Years, 11 Months, 19 Days. He is survived by a daughter Cindy Jester and husband Brant of Selmer; two sons Ralph E. Dunaway and wife Teresa of Selmer, Randy Dunaway and wife Julie of Bethel Springs; eleven grandchildren; one great-grandchild; four sisters Mary Sue King of Selmer, Alice Browder of Selmer, Betty Franks of Savannah, Katie Bassinger of Selmer; two brothers Wilburn Dunaway of Adamsville and Troy Dunaway of Selmer.
He was preceded in death by his wife Joyce Dunaway; parents L.T. and Amy Scott Dunaway; sister Jean Ruth Huggins; tow brothers Billy Dunaway and Charles B. Dunaway.
