Rachel Juanita Howard was born August 21, 1935 in Madison County, TN the daughter of the late Raymond Times and Clara Irene Vernon Helton. She departed this life on June 3, 2019 in Selmer, Tennessee at the age of 83 Years, 9 Months, 13 Days.
Mrs. Howard was a great mother and her family loves her.
She is survived by her children: Lisa Burger and husband Jerry, Joseph McAnally, Kenneth McAnally, Terri Medis, Kelly Gooch; mother-in-law, Melinda Masters; two sisters, Ann Beachum and Mae Murray; grandchildren: Krystal Shields, John Shields, Christopher Shields and Steven Medis; step grandchildren: Shannon Burger, Tiffany Burger, Jeremy Burger, Denise Burger and Christopher Burger; great grandchild, Jessie Shields and 12 step great grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
In addition to her parents, Mrs Howard was preceded in death by four brothers, Bobby Times, George Times, S.C. Helton and Harry Ray Helton.
Private services were held. Shackelford Funeral Directors of Selmer, TN.
