R. C. Harris
Was born in McNairy County, Tennessee on January 3, 1925 the son of the late Ernest and Flossie Smith Harris.
In 1976 he was united in marriage to the former Novella Crotts, who preceded her husband in death on November 5, 2005.
Mr. Harris was a machine operator with Caterpillar for 31 years in Peoria, Illinois. He was a United States Navy Veteran.
Mr. Harris departed this life on December 8, 2005 at the Jackson-Madison County General Hospital in Jackson, Tennessee at the age of 80 years, 11 months and 5 days.
He is survived by one daughter, Lanette Gonzales and her husband Gil of Parsons, Tennessee.

2 grandchildren, Vincent Gonzales of Nashville, Tennessee and Leticia Carroll of Parsons, Tennessee.
