Services for R. B. Reaves, age 73, of Cypress Inn, TN, will be Saturday, September 2, 2006 at 1:00 pm at Shackelford Funeral Home Chapel in Collinwood, TN with John Edward Banks and Keith Montgomery officiating. Burial wwill be in Cromwell Crossroads Cemetery, Collinwood, TN with Shackelford Funeral Directors of Wayne County in charge of the arrangements.
He died at Wayne County Nursing Home, Waynesboro, TN, Thursday, August 31, 2006.
Mr. Reaves, a native of Lutts, TN, was a son of the late James Robert and Lina Maybelle Vickery Reaves, the husband of the late Gloria Gray Reaves, and a brother of the late Jay Reaves and Esther Carlton. He was a retired lumber foreman and a member of the Freewill Baptist church.
Survivors, sons, Lynn Reaves, Iron City, TN, Darrell Reaves, Cypress Inn, TN, daughter, Kaye Creecy, Collinwood, TN, brothers, Richard Reaves, Florence, AL, Lee Warren Reaves, Red Boiling Springs, TN, sisters, Evelene Horton and Lois Horton, Collinwood, TN, Shirley Jean Clemmons, Florence, AL, six grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
