Quintin Ray Keeton of Iron City, TN was born October 14, 1994 in Florence, AL. Quintin was a member of the Collinwood High School class of 2013, a member of the CHS Beta Club, and a member of the Piney Grove Freewill Baptist Church in Cypress Inn, Tennessee. He was employed with Berry Bros. Sawmill as a custodian.



Quintin departed this life on Friday, November 30, 2012 in a work related accident at the age of 18 Years, 1 Month, 16 Days.



Quintin was a loving son. He was dependable and dedicated to Christ. He was a friend to everyone and loved by all. He was an outstanding example for everyone to follow.



He is survived by father, John Quintin Keeton; his mother and step-father, Alan B. and Lisa Ann Hensley Haygood; his paternal grandparents, Pauline and Arlie R. Keeton, Sr., all of Iron City, TN;

step-grandparents, Ernest and Janey Haygood of Florence, AL;

aunt and uncles, Arlie Jr. and Stephany Keeton, Arlan and Patricia Keeton, Paul and Peggy Keeton, Bobby and Pam Keeton, Arliene and Brandon Collins, James and Jennifer Keeton, Vicky Gulley, Charles R., Jr. and Kristen Hensley, and Ed Haygood; first cousins, Michael, Jeremy, Brian, April, Billy Joe, Zach, Jesse, and Jonah Keeton, Eden Sherrills, Krissy Hanvey, Lee Collins, Brandie Dicus, Alexander Davis, Cameron Cole, Amanda Newton, Ashley Creecy, McKaylin, Chelsea, Charley, and Cristopher Hensley, Chase Haygood, and Ashley Dotson.



He was preceded in death by grandparents, Charles R., Sr. and Nancy P. Hensley.



Services will be Tuesday, December 4, 2012 at 1:00 PM at Collinwood High School Gymnasium in Collinwood, Tennessee, with Gerald Montgomery and Greg Eaton officiating. Burial will be in the Piney Grove Cemetery, Cypress Inn, Tennessee with Shackelford Funeral Directors, Wayne County directing. Pallbearers will be Stanson Horton, Wesley Pigg, Blake Patterson, Matthew Martin, Billy Joe Keeton, and Michael Keeton. Honorary pallbearers will be Zac Keeton, Lee Collins, Hunter Keeton, Chase Haygood, and the CHS class of 2013.
