Prince Cummins

Prince Cummins Jr. was born March 8, 1946 in Wayne County, TN the son of the late Prince Cummins, Sr. and Jimmie Dicus Cummins. Mr. Cummins died Sunday, March 17, 2013 at his home in Collinwood at the age of 67 Years, 9 Days. In addition to his parents, Mr. Cummins was preceded in death by brothers, Johnny and Roy Cummins; sisters, Marie Butler and Patsy Gray. Mr. Cummins, a retired minister, was a member of Eastview Baptist Church.



He is survived by his wife Rebecca Trivett Cummins of Collinwood, TN;

three daughters, Lisa Stooksberry and husband Keith of Collinwood, TN, Rhonda Reeves and husband Kenny of Waynesboro, TN, Tracy Lee and husband Ricky of Pulaski, TN; a son, Christopher Cummins of Collinwood, TN; 8 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren; two brothers, Hoyte Cummins of Clinton Township, MI and Tommy Cummins of Collinwood, TN; several nieces and nephews.



Services will be Wednesday, March 20, 2013 at 11:00 AM at Shackelford Funeral Chapel in Collinwood with Frank Ray and Laverne Griggs officiating. Burial will follow in Collinwood Memorial Gardens with Shackelford Funeral Directors in charge of arrangements.



Pallbearers are Bradley Stooksberry, Adam Stooksberry, Michael Reeves, Jacob Cummins, Tyler Cummins, and Jason Daniel; Honorary pallbearers are Buford Chapman and Mickey Brown.
