Mr. Lowrance died Tuesday at Winter Haven Hospital in Florida. The widower of Clara Pearl Vandiver Lowrance, who died Nov. 19, 1989, he was born in Hardeman County, son of the late Levi Ubert Lowrance and Minnie Viola Ledford Lowrance and lived in Florida for 53 years. He worked as a laborer with a fruit packing company and was a member of Westside Baptist Church in Haines City, Florida. Survivors include two daughters, Patricia D. Harsh of Winter Haven, Fla. and Joann Green of Haines City, Fla.; a son and his wife, Billy Wayne Lowrance and Shirley of Auburndale, Fla.; two sisters Pattie Lou Vandiver of Mercer and Anna Lou Vandiver of Jackson; four brothers, R. C. Lowrance of Jackson, Raybon lowrance of Henning, Rufus Lowrance of Ripley and Lee Lowrance of Lapoma, Calif.; 6 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by two sisters, Dorothy Deen and Lucille Burns and two brothers, Odell and James Edward Lowrance.
