PHILLIP HAYNESwas born in California on October 11, 1989 the son of the late Keturah Haynes Wigginton.Phillip worked for Lowe's in Tupelo, Mississippi in the lumber yard. He lived in Tupelo, Mississippi for 6 years, Savannah, Tennessee several years and lived on weekends in Olive Hill, Tennessee. Phillip loved hunting, fishing and swimming.
