Phillip Mark Young departed this life on Saturday, March 12, 2016, at the age of 58 years, 6 months, 1 day. He was born in Amory, Mississippi on September 11, 1957, the son of Joe and Betty Odom Young.
Phillip was a supervisor for Jourdan Lumber Company in Iuka, Mississippi. He liked to hunt, fish, and boating at Pickwick and cooking for his family.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his daughters, Amber Massey of Middleton, Tennessee, Amy Garrett of Caledonia, Mississippi, and Ashley Young of Jackson, Mississippi; grandchildren, Brent Massey, Blake Massey, Bella Garrett, and Reid Garrett; and sister, Linda Rodgers of Counce, Tennessee.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made to the Savannah Church of Christ, 1175 Pickwick Road S, Savannah, TN 38372.
